Structure and working principle:
The double feed intelligent filter press is mainly composed of a frame, a clamping mechanism, a dual feed filtering mechanism, a pulling plate mechanism, etc. Its working principle is that the suspension is injected into the filter chamber at a certain pressure through two feed ports under the action of the feed pump. The solid particles are intercepted by the filter cloth to form a filter cake, and the filtrate is discharged through the filter plate groove. Some filter presses also have diaphragm pressing function, which can further reduce the moisture content of the filter cake.
